We love Dan! He was always there from the begining with suggestions and advice for us. My husband and I were newly married and had never bought a house before. He would give us honest opinions about the properties we were looking at. We have total trust in him and his advice. In the past five years that we have known Dan he has helped us buy our first house, find and buy our property that we are building a new house at, and also he has sold the house we are living in now. He would also check in periodically to see if we needed anything or if he could check into anything for us. When we were buying our first house he would take us to see different ones whenever my husband and I had free time. He always had tons of listings and when we went to the house he seemed to know everything about it. We never felt pressured or rushed into any decision. When we decided that we wanted to buy some land outside Grand Rapids. We searched for months until we found the perfect property. Dan took so much care of the paperwork and finding reports, natural gas links, electrical hook-up and anything that we needed to know. Dan was always available when we called and does a lot of work behind the scenes that we truly appreciate. We have recommended him to family and friends and they always have great things to say about him. My grandparents love the gift certificates out for dinner and absolutely adore their new address stamp. Dan is always generous with gift cards, calendars, pens and a nice holiday newsletter. We even get email from him with tips that are helpful whether you own a house or not. While searching for our first home, Rob and I encountered many high pressure real estate agents. Frustrated, we asked my brother and sister-in-law for a recommendation.
