Did you know that a warranty on a "certified" pre owned Lexus is better than the warranty you get with a new car? Bumper to bumber for 3 years and if you need repair, they come get your car and leave you with a loaner until they bring it back! Their customer service is incredible. Our company has worked out a discount with World of Floors but you must contact Cheri Glisson to get it. Her cell number is 318-2745. This service should save more than the Lowes discount and I have used it. Cheri comes right to your house with samples and will help pick out the best colors with you.
Handyman

Painting

I love referrals of buyers and sellers of real estate! I have felt blessed and honored by how many of you are impressed with my services enough to tell your friends and neighbors about me. I also want you to know that I am limited by R.E.S.P.A. on how much of a Thank You Gift I can send you. I have come up with a new reward system that does comply. For every referral, even if I am not successful in selling their home or selling them another one, you will receive a $25 Lowes gift card in the mail. Septic
Septic systems need maintenance if you want them to last. It makes sence to pump them at least every 5 years and add some bacteria because if it fails the Health department inspection when you try to sell the property, you probably will not have the time to try a less expenssive solution to the problem and will need to replace it. The good news is there are companies that specialize in making failed systems work at a fraction of the cost of a new system. Trees
If you attend Bella Vista Church like me you probably already know Dick Miller but you might not know he owns a tree service with his sons. 874-6832 I've also had a client use Irish Tree Service 616 878-3111. In 2005 they took out 3 trees all of which were hanging over a house or tangled through power lines and one was about 3 feet in diameter for $1,200. They ground the stumps and cleaned up so well you hardly knew the trees were there in the first place.
